Access and Conservation
The Access project is lead by TRD in partnership with Tiree Community, Development Trust, Scottish Natural Heritage, RSPB and Argyll Estates.
A steering group known as the Tiree Access Forum has been set up to manage the project which will address issues relating to access to the land
on Tiree.  The project involves delivery of a Community Conservation
Service including a seasonal access officer.

The Access Officer is based at Tiree Rural Centre and is delighted to
welcome any questions about access to the land. There are copies of the Scottish Outdoor Access Code and ‘Out and About Tiree’ leaflets telling you about responsible access to the land available at the Rural Centre.

Power-Down Office
The power-down Officer working for Carbon reduction on Tiree can be found in Room 3 if you have queries or ideas to share.

Smithy
The company has been gifted the contents of the last remaining blacksmiths workshop on Tiree.  Discussion continues as to how the company could display these relics on behalf of the community.
